Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Any order over $349 qualifies for free shipping!

Why is there a handling fee?

Our goal and mission is to provide coral at an affordable rate for everyone to enjoy. One way we can provide affordable pricing is to charge a small handling fee. All of our specimens are shipped using insulated shipping and ice packs or heat packs depending on the weather. A lot goes in to shipping live animals but we love it!

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all major credit cards, venmo, cashapp, and Zelle. 

Can I visit the farm?

Yes! We love visitors. We offer in-person a virtual  tours. Please contact us for details (561) 715-6496.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

DOA - Dead on Arrival. 

We work hard to ensure we ship ONLY healthy animals. We understand that things do occur during shipping that are out of our control. Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery if you believe your item is DOA. 

Can I pick up my order at your facility?

Of course! We are happy to show you around as well. Please contact us for details. Pick up is by appt only. 

We also offer virtual tours so you can see what corals we have for sale.
