Shipping live animals is always a challenge. Due to that and the shipping companies, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, we do our absolute best to ship these creatures in the best condition as possible. If there is an issue with your order (DOA - Dead on Arrival) please take a photo of the packaging and the item. Please contact us immediately. It is up to Cosmic Coral Farms to determine the best coarse of action. We promise to work as hard as we can to make sure every customer is satisfied with their purchase.

Coral names - coral naming is very subjective. A coral can have multiple names and different color variations. We do not guarantee the proper name of the coral. You will also notice that we do not name many of the corals for that reason. We price coral based on three things: speed of growth, color variation, and level of difficulty.
